It is so hard to believe that we are already heading into 2012. Finally there is some snow and the temperature is definitely more winter-like. we tried all new recipes for our Holiday dinner this year and I have say there were some clear winners. Stuffed onions, farm fresh lamb, and french onion soup were amazing! Not to mention the cucumber and mint sauce that my sister in law made for the lamb. Delicious!
