June 6th - Roman Fettuccine with Chicken - baked pasta dish with chicken, peppers, onions, capers and fresh oregano and parsley Lemon Oregano Chicken - Chicken Breast marinated in lemon and oregano, grilled and served with Greek Salad Fava & Feta Panzanella - veggies, feta, and tons of croutons to soak up the tangy sweet dressing June 13th - Orzo Salad - one of our favorite pastas with broccoli, feta, and pinenuts in a lemony dressing Pulled Pork - make room in your freezer - it's time for pulled pork! Caribbean Chicken - pineapple and allspice marinade will take you to a sunnier locale June 20th - Orecchiette Salad - with mixed greens and goat cheese Grilled chicken - with rhubarb BBQ sauce and vegetables Walnut crusted Chicken - chicken breast with Parmesan and walnut crust served with pasta and veggies June 27th - Cannellini Bean Nicoise - all the classic Nicoise components with beans instead of tuna or chicken. Chardonnay Chicken - chicken marinated in Chardonnay and mustard with herbs. April 11th - Chicken with roasted pear and spiced dates - Middle eastern inspired and mildly spiced. Cannellini bean Nicoise - all the classic nicoise accompaniments with healthy beans instead of fish. Turkey stuffed Shells - Jumbo shells with basil, ricotta, and ground turkey - so good!! April 18th - Charmoula spiced Trout - North African spices that are sure to make you love fish again ;-) Polenta and Ratatouille - creamy polenta served with the classic French vegetable stew. April 25th - Hot and Sour Pork - some of you figured out the secret ingredient last year - let's see who can do it this time... Chana Masala - Easy to love curry with chickpeas. Served with Couscous Jerk Chicken - that Caribbean favourite, mildly spiced chicken with bean and rice Stuffed Crepes - crepes stuffed with chicken, asparagus, and caramelized onions March 14th - Orzo Salad - orzo pasta, feta, pine nuts, and broccoli. Simple and delicious! Hearty Tomato, Sausage, and Bean Soup - the name says everything except how yummy it is. Garam Masala Chicken - Indian spiced chicken served with chickpea salad and naan bread March 21st - Mustard Lager Pork - honey lager, mustard, onions, and pork slowly stewed and served with rice. Bombay Chicken with Lemony Potatoes - cilantro, lemon, and turmeric pack this chicken with nutrients. Chicken Quinoa Salad - simply put this is an amazing salad with chicken, ancient grains, and vegetables. Make sure to order extra for your lunch. March 28th - Tilapia with Mango Salsa - baked fish with mango and avocado salsa. Chili - traditional beef chili packed with vegetables and served with corn bread. Love is in the air – whether brother and sisterly or romantic – February is here! Since our shortest month is being cut even shorter by a trip to Boston we are packing it with our favourites! For your enjoyment the following will be available for pick up on Mondays after 2 pm. Please place your orders by the Friday before pick up. February 7th - Burritos – stuffed with spiced chicken, quinoa, and salsa it will take you away from all this snow! Pulled Pork – Another big favourite to remind you of summers to come. Includes cole slaw and bread to make sandwiches if you choose. Cashew Chicken – Chunks of chicken with stir fried Vegetables and big cashews. Served with rice. Orange ginger glazed Chicken – Tangy with a little heat from the ginger, this is no ordinary chicken breast!
