Even though we really want it to be Spring, we are not quite there yet! So this month we have combined some wintery comfort classics with some hopeful Spring dishes. Enjoy and please pass this month's menu on to anyone who could stand to have a more Simple mealtime! March 5th Our mouth-watering pulled pork, served with coleslaw and rolls A twist on traditional Coq au Vin, this one is made with white wine and leeks Squash Ratatouille, we add butternut and sweet potato to traditional ratatouille and the results are fabulous! (v) March 12th Turkey and zucchini burgers with cumin and lemon, a promise of warmer weather... Butter Chicken with Naan bread and crunchy vegetable salad Chickpea and Chorizo soup with spinach, tomatoes, and broth, it is Simple and Delicious (s) March 19th Meatballs with Fava beans and lemon served with basmati and orzo salad Ham Quiche with Cream of Broccoli Soup Roasted Vegetable Lasagna (v) March 26th Chicken enchilladas with Pumpkin Sauce Sweet Lamb Tagine with caramelized onions, almonds, and prunes Dal Soup (s) We ask that you place your orders by Friday for delivery on Tuesday. Also please advise us of any allergies and we will do our best to adjust the meals where appropriate. We do not use any shellfish and limit the amount of nuts but we are not a nut-free facility.
