For this month we are hoping to add a little Spring into your step by serving some healthy and colorful dishes from around the globe. Because we had so much fun during national nutrition month we thought that we would pass on some of the fun to you. Enjoy!
April 4th - Butter chicken - a crowd favorite served with chickpea salad Crispy Tofu with vegetables and Sesame ginger dressing - that about says it! Chardonnay Chicken - chicken marinated in Chardonnay and mustard with herbs. April 11th - Chicken with roasted pear and spiced dates - Middle eastern inspired and mildly spiced. Cannellini bean Nicoise - all the classic nicoise accompaniments with healthy beans instead of fish. Turkey stuffed Shells - Jumbo shells with basil, ricotta, and ground turkey - so good!! April 18th - Charmoula spiced Trout - North African spices that are sure to make you love fish again ;-) Polenta and Ratatouille - creamy polenta served with the classic French vegetable stew. Lemon Oregano Chicken - Greek food at it's best. Simple, clean and beautiful flavours. April 25th - Hot and Sour Pork - some of you figured out the secret ingredient last year - let's see who can do it this time... Chana Masala - Easy to love curry with chickpeas. Walnut crusted Chicken - Walnuts add the benefit of flavor and those awesome nut oils. Hands down winner over bread crumbs! As always Meals are $20 for 2 adults. Winter can't last forever even this far north! This month we are offering some stews and some fresh Spring flavours. And since March is National Nutrition Month, we are celebrating with some extra nutritious sides
March 7th - Chicken Provencale - braised chicken with onions, fennel, olives, and tomatoes. Served with Couscous Jerk Chicken - that Caribbean favourite, mildly spiced chicken with bean and rice Stuffed Crepes - crepes stuffed with chicken, asparagus, and caramelized onions March 14th - Orzo Salad - orzo pasta, feta, pine nuts, and broccoli. Simple and delicious! Hearty Tomato, Sausage, and Bean Soup - the name says everything except how yummy it is. Garam Masala Chicken - Indian spiced chicken served with chickpea salad and naan bread March 21st - Mustard Lager Pork - honey lager, mustard, onions, and pork slowly stewed and served with rice. Bombay Chicken with Lemony Potatoes - cilantro, lemon, and turmeric pack this chicken with nutrients. Chicken Quinoa Salad - simply put this is an amazing salad with chicken, ancient grains, and vegetables. Make sure to order extra for your lunch. March 28th - Tilapia with Mango Salsa - baked fish with mango and avocado salsa. Chili - traditional beef chili packed with vegetables and served with corn bread. Gremolata Chicken - lemon, garlic, and parsley have the ability to both welcome Spring and chase away any lingering winter illnesses. As always Meals are $20 for 2 adults.
