Time for back to school! The weather has taken a definitive turn towards Fall and although we can hope to have some hot days ahead there are brisk mornings awaiting us as well. With that in mind we are turning away from the delicate meals of the summer towards some more hearty meals for this month's menu. With more freezer friendly options, you can stock up on your favorites and fill your freezer with options for the kids' lunches!
Almost every Fall we make a little change at Simple. Last year we worked on providing you more whole food options and vegetarian dishes. This year we are changing our pick up to Tuesdays. Many of us have dealt with the challenge of an empty refrigerator on Wednesdays and I am no exception. I hope that this change will make help to make your life a little more Simple!
And because we want to continue to bring you as full of a meal for 2 people as possible our prices are changing slightly. Soups and Vegetarian meals will continue to be $20 for 2 people, while meals with meats (chicken, beef, pork, lamb, or fish) will be $25 for 2 people. This change will allow us to provide you with reasonable portions of meat, vegetable, and starch for every order. we greatly appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to provide you with cost effective, time saving options for your dinners.

We are back! We had a wonderful vacation and we hope you did too! We have some of our all-time favorites on this month's menu as well as some new favorites. So if you have been enjoying the BBQ but starting to miss Simple then you are sure to find something just for you this month.
August 15th -
Pulled Pork - slowly cooked pork with BBQ sauce, cole slaw, and rolls
Roman Fettuccine - peppers, onions, caper, garlic and parsley with shredded chicken. Enjoy hot or cold!
Fava and Feta Panzanella - my new favorite summer salad. Big croutons with fava beans, feta, and lots of vinaigrette.
August 22nd -
Lemon Oregano Chicken - grilled chicken breast marinated in lemon and oregano. Served with Greek Salad
Salmon with grilled pineapple salsa - the name says it all! Served with rice pilaf
Chicken Quinoa Salad - pieces of grilled chicken, lots of veggies, and quinoa in a citrus dressing.
August 29th -
Stuffed Squash - lovely squash stuffed with pork sausage and apples.
Chicken pesto pasta Salad - House made pesto, grilled chicken, tomatoes, and pasta.
Macaroni and Cheese with Roasted tomato soup - Simple but so delicious!
