May 7th Chicken Parmesan - baked breaded chicken breasts with vegetables and pasta Feta Chicken - Feta, balsamic, and honey glazed chicken breast Tofu Curry - Red curry with tofu and vegetables, served with rice May 14th Mojito Chicken - lime, mint and rum marinated chicken, grilled Lemon Oregano Chicken - brined chicken with lemon and oregano, grilled Orzo Salad - orzo pasta, broccoli, pinenuts, and feta cheese May 21st Pulled pork Burrito - burritos made with our most popular dish, pulled pork Pancetta wrapped chicken - chicken breast wrapped in pancetta and served with roasted leeks Quinoa salad - Quinoa and tons of vegetables May 28th Sweet and Sour Pork - pork stir fry with sweet and tangy sauce Gremolata Chicken - parsley, garlic, and lemon smothered chicken breast Grilled vegetable pasta - that's what it is! We ask that you place your orders by Friday for delivery on Tuesday. Also please advise us of any allergies and we will do our best to adjust the meals where appropriate.
