I can't believe it is going to be April next week. We were just in the heart of the cold cold winter and suddenly Spring is teasing us with her presence.
I went through last year's menu today and I am bringing some of it back. There were some yummy choices last year! I can't wait to try them again. Enjoy the Menu! April 3rd - Chardonnay Chicken - chicken marinated in Chardonnay and mustard with herbs Crispy Tofu with vegetables and Sesame ginger dressing - that about says it! Bombay Chicken with Lemony Potatoes - cilantro, lemon, and turmeric pack this chicken with nutrients. April 10th - Chicken with roasted pear and spiced dates - Middle eastern inspired and mildly spiced. Hearty Tomato, Sausage, and Bean Soup - the name says everything except how yummy it is. Jerk Chicken - that Caribbean favorite, mildly spiced chicken with beans and rice April 17th - Feta Chicken - roast chicken with feta, pistachios, balsamic and honey. I really can't believe how long it's been since we made this one!! Cannellini bean Nicoise - all the classic nicoise accompaniments with healthy beans instead of fish. Stuffed Crepes - crepes stuffed with chicken, asparagus, and caramelized onions April 24th - Chicken Provencale - braised chicken with onions, fennel, olives, and tomatoes. Served with Couscous Polenta and Ratatouille - creamy polenta served with the classic French vegetable stew. Butter chicken - a crowd favorite served with naan bread As always Pick up is on Tuesdays after 2 pm.
